A private clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym, banquet hall and coffee shop, plus a badminton court, squash court, cricket net, indoor games, children's play areas and landscaped parks. Twenty-seven villas on about 3 acres share them.

The clubhouse is private to the residents of the community. It holds the swimming pool, the gym, the indoor games area, the banquet hall and the coffee shop, so a family can spend an evening or a weekend afternoon inside the gates without planning a trip.
Outdoors there is a badminton court, a squash court and a cricket net. Indoors, the gym and the indoor games area cover everyday exercise and the kind of afternoon a household with children needs a place for. The swimming pool sits with the clubhouse.
Part of the clubhouse, a few steps from your front door.
Everyday exercise without a drive to a commercial gym.
An outdoor court for a morning game or an evening rally.
A fast, year-round game, right inside the community.
Net practice for young players and weekend cricketers.
For the afternoons when it is too hot or wet to be outside.

The children's play areas and the landscaped parks are inside the community, away from through traffic.
Internal roads are 40 ft and 30 ft wide, and the community has a controlled gate, so younger children can play outdoors with less supervision than a public street would need.
For a birthday, an engagement, a festival lunch or a family reunion. Nobody has to book an outside venue, drive guests across the city or take over the house for a day.
The everyday counterpart: a place for neighbours to meet that does not belong to anyone's house.

Phase 1's 3 acres hold 27 villas, about nine to an acre, with landscaped parks among them.
Large townships can have facilities that are crowded at peak hours. With 27 households, the clubhouse, courts and pool are shared among far fewer people. The other side of that is cost: the same facilities are paid for by fewer owners, which is why the maintenance charge matters.
