Yes. The layout is approved by HMDA under LP No. 2018/HMDA/SWDL/2026, and Phase 1 (27 villas) is registered with TG RERA under P02200011308. Please verify both on the official websites, starting with rera.telangana.gov.in. See RERA & approvals.
